Kay Finance secured a JV/ LP equity check from one of our foreign capital partners based out of South Africa for this opportunity for a repeat client. The local sponsor was able to secure the deal at a great basis and with making the necessary aesthetic improvements as well as particular focus on the operations and restructuring of the tenant roll they plan to improve the NOI at the property significantly over their 5 year investment outlook.
