Deal Description
Kay Finance secured the senior loan for this transaction. This was for a repeat client who has a large portfolio of assets in state of California. This deal was unique because several of the larger foot print tenants had expiring leases. We structured a low cost bridge loan so they can clean up the rent roll and secure long term lease and from there after an expected 24 months look tor refinance.
