Kay Finance structured the full capital stack solution on this deal which included a $12,200,000 senior loan and additional $3,200,000 LP equity. The equity was secured by a foreign capital partner based out of Israel. Our client and LP equity partner had great chemistry from the start of the deal and set the stage for an overall smooth closing process. The strategy had been light value-add with a focus on improving management and operational efficiency at the property.
