Kay Finance introduced a boutique family office who invested passively in the LP position on this transaction. This was coming off a 1031 exchange and was bought at a fantastic basis. The initial investment outlook was for 3 years but they ended up hitting their proforma numbers in the first 18 months. Ultimately they sold the asset and our LP capital partner made a 2X multiply on their investment.
