The Sponsor on this trasnaction has been a client of the firm for many years. He recently bought piece of land in Mansfield all cash and plans on developing a 200+ unit Multi Family development on site. We were able to secure a local bank that startegically refinanced out some of his oriognally vested equity and has given a soft commitment on providing constuction financing over the next 12 months subject to the developer receiving the appropriate permits and entitlements.
