Kay Finance secured the senior loan for this transaction. This was a great class A office acquisition, with a client who owned similar type properties throughout New Jersey and New York. Due to the clients value-add strategy, we were able to utilize very competitive priced light transitional bridge financing to both maximize LTC and allow for an easy low cost exit once they sufficiently stabilized the property.
