Kay Finance was able to secure a JV/ LP equity check from one of our foreign capital partners for this opportunity for a repeat client. The local sponsor was able to secure the deal at a great basis, the property had a significant value- add component with the majority of units inhabitable day one. After completing the full rehab on the property, they were able to quickly lease out and achieve the rents they set out for.
