Kay Finance was able to secure a JV/ LP equity check from one of our foreign capital partners for this opportunity for a repeat client. The local sponsor was able to secure the deal at a great basis and with making the necessary aesthetic improvements to both the inside and outside of the property helped achieve significant rent bumps that the strategy intended for.
